Family-owned since 2008, and still the crew that shows up, sets up and sticks around.
One tent, one pickup, one promise
In 2008, Yusuf Bali — “Yura” to everyone who knows him — borrowed against his truck to buy a single 20×20 tent. His wife Dana sewed the first linens herself. Their promise to that first backyard graduation party was simple: show up early, set it up right, and treat the family’s big day like it was their own.
Seventeen years later, that promise hasn’t changed — we’ve just added a lot more tents. Today Yura Bali Event Rentals runs an 18,000-square-foot warehouse, a fleet of delivery trucks and a team of stylists, installers and A/V techs, serving thousands of families, planners and companies across greater Sacramento every year.
We’re still family-owned. The Balis still read every review, and Yura still walks most of the big wedding sites himself — because the details are the whole job.

Seventeen years, one celebration at a time
Founded in a Rancho Cordova garage with a single 20×20 tent, a stack of folding chairs and a secondhand pickup.
Outgrew the garage and moved into our first 4,000-square-foot warehouse and will-call yard.
Brought tenting fully in-house — engineered anchoring, flooring, heating and the permitting to go with it.
Expanded to an 18,000-square-foot showroom and warehouse, and added our styling studio.
Launched our sound, lighting and A/V production division under a dedicated technical lead.
Crossed ten thousand events delivered — and we still walk most wedding sites ourselves.
