What We Do

Delivery, Setup & Takedown
Our crews deliver seven days a week, install everything to the plan, and come back to strike it — so the only thing you handle is the celebration.
Event Design & Styling
Mood boards, color palettes, scaled floor plans and tabletop styling from a team that has designed thousands of Sacramento-area events.
Tent Engineering & Permits
Site surveys, engineered anchoring, wind-rated structures, flame certificates and the fire-marshal permit paperwork — all handled for you.
Lighting & Tabletop Styling
Bistro canopies, color-matched uplighting, chandeliers and monogram projection, plus curated china, glassware and linens in sixty-plus colors.
Sound, AV & Production
Right-sized PA, wireless microphones, projection and LED walls, designed and run by our own audio and lighting technicians.
Coordination & Will-Call
On-site day-of crews for larger events, and free will-call pickup from our warehouse for the do-it-yourself backyard party.
